ethereum expected price

Written by Alexandra Perry Two years ago, Twitter was struggling.Hot off its IPO, the company was grappling with explosive user growth — growth that crashed servers and had its tech team scrambling. These technological hiccups cost Twitter users. In general, people are impatient. All it takes are a few errors for them to delete an application or abandon a commitment.Twitter rode out those bumpy months, improving its framework. It now offers a far more advanced social network for users.Today, this is happening to Coinbase. After a $20 surge in price, Ethereum tanked hard.It dropped from a high of $214 to $160.The currency's fall corresponded with continuous issues from cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase.Coinbase crashed multiple times. If you are trying to set up an account, you will likely have problems with your credit card authentication.Payments and transactions are taking longer.Users are furious, taking to social media to lambast Coinbase.Ethereum and Bitcoin have responded as expected, dropping in value as people panic sell.

Coinbase's users have a right to be frustrated — especially since there is so much money on the line. But, believe it or not, Coinbase's issues are a good thing. They signify explosive growth in the digital currency sector. The company has added thousands of users in the last couple of days.It now has 7,200,000 daily users.Ethereum was up almost 150% in the past two weeks; Bitcoin has grown by over $1,000 in the past month.Novice investors flooded the market, trying to capture these gains. This was a recipe for disaster for Coinbase, which previously catered to a small, experienced investor pool. Now they have to scale to keep up with user demand.Join Wealth Daily today for FREE.We''ll keep you on top of all the hottest investment ideas before they hit Wall Street.Become a member today, and get our latest free report: "Three Reasons to Buy Ethereum" We never spam!View our Privacy Policy After getting your report, you'll begin receiving the Wealth Daily e-Letter, delivered to your inbox daily.

Growth is always good. The fact that more investors are moving into Ethereum and Bitcoin is good. The technological hiccups these platform experience along the way are just speed bumps, warning us that digital currency is moving a bit quickly.Celebrate Coinbase's issues instead of being alarmed. This drop in price is a good thing. It offers devoted Ethereum investors a chance to buy low.Every time Coinbase has an issue, inexperienced investors panic and that initiates waves of panic selling. This is the equivalent of someone jumping ship when they see a drop of water on deck, not knowing whether it's rain or if the boat is actually sinking.Bottom line: If you sell now, you are going to lose. The smart investors are sitting in the background, holding and waiting for the dust to settle. So, don't shoot yourself in the foot. There is nothing wrong with Ethereum. It's the same technology that enchanted massive corporations and tech companies. The only thing that has changed is the volume of people acquiring Ether, and the exchanges will have to adapt and improve to meet this need.

Andrew 19 April 2014 in Ether Sale The final sentence on the Ether Pre-sale blog is "And the constant issuance, especially in the early years, will likely make using ETH to build businesses in the Ethereum economy more lucrative than hoarding speculatively."A)

bitcoin banco centralDoes anyone have any thoughts on this?Does anyone plan on just purchasing Ether if they're not using it for contracts/etc?I'm not a computer programmer but am absolutely fascinated with Ethereum, and absolutely understand the decentralization concept and think it's going to be the future. How can I participate if I'm not able to do programming, etc?3 Comments Andrew 19 April 2014 0 Jasper 514 April 2014 0 davidpbrown 15 April 2014 2 btc_war 4 May 2014 1 ADSactlyCrypto 7 May 2014 1 ADSactlyCrypto 7 May 2014 0 btc_war 4 May 2014 @reignbeau,I dont see how the fact that other altcoins exist would slow down Ether´s appreciation considering it is far more advanced than most of them and people would be gladly dump their weak altcoins for Ether.

As for bitcoin and or litecoin being in a bubble.. They have not even reached their full potential yet and are far away from market saturation. The bitcoin ´bubble´ could go on for many more years.Since Ether is a crypto-currency, I don´t see how one can assume it wont behave similarly to other crypto-currencies in terms of market behavior.2 Jasper 514 May 2014 @btc_war: Clearly Ethereum is a unique cryptocurrency. They dont like to be called an altcoin for a reason, because it misses the point of contracts.Think something like consensus engine is better.Ethers are sort-of neccesarily for it.Wonder if an item of value is needed for a consensus engine.. If so, in the context of namecoin... Zookoos square: You cannot have all of Secure, Decentralized, Human-meaningful, Not involving value.Perhaps you mean how behaves in a context of a reserve currency... Well bitcoin holders investing in ethereum will in-effect have less to spend, but for people holding fiat the time they hold bitcoins only matters for them?@reignbeau 'the next big thing' isnt just some elephant that is going to run by, and people can hop on its back.

are working on them.1 kuyon 5 May 2014 4 Jasper 514 May 2014 @kuyon well said. But remember, just because you're not investing in Ethereum doesnt mean you shouldnt try make use of the things living on it 3 kuyon 5 May 2014 @Jasper, that's right, and I never meant to imply anything like that.I like this project, and I want to invest in IPO not only because I possibly see a good risk-reward-ratio, but also because I want to support decentralization and innovation. Not a coder, so no chances to participate at that end.1 jabo38 7 May 2014 0 mykljonzun 19 May 2014 Now that the true potential of the Ethereum ecosystem has been revealed... ...the more one can envision an endless array of distributed applications (DApps) with their own unique altcoins--the source of their initial and ongoing funding--interacting with other DApps through the exchange of data and coins. It is through this open market process that each DApp and their corresponding altcoin will find their natural functional niche (and corresponding exchange value) in the larger secure multiparty computational marketplace. If Ethereum's distributed application platform works, there's gonna be an explosion of value throughout the entire cybercurrency marketplace.
