A player can take another player's skill card to their hand if they reveal and discard a Head Hunter card from their hand during the action phase.The victim can simultaneously reveal and discard a Bribe card from their hand to negate the attack.If a player tucks the Satoshi Nakamoto card under their Character card, all face-up Internet Meltdown cards on the table must be discarded.A player can target another player's Character or Exchange for attack if they reveal and discard one of the three attack cards (Lawsuit, Hack or Smear Campaign).However, the attacking Character must have more Law skill than the victim in order to use a Lawsuit card and the same for the other two attack cards.If a Character or Exchange is successfully attacked, it's storage must be discarded without anyone seeing these cards.The Exchange card will be passed from the victim to the attacker's hand.The Action Phase (in more detail)In the action phase a player can perform one of the following: build an Exchange by placing an Exchange card from their hand face up in front of them (to the right of their Character card), move a card from their hand to their storage, increase their Character's skill, attack another player's Character or Exchange, take another player's skill card to their hand using the Head Hunter card.
